Moraga Town Center

The Moraga Town Center Homes project proposes a 36-unit attached single-family residential development in the Moraga Center Specific Plan Area. The project site is a vacant 3.06-acre site situated between Moraga Way and Country Club Drive. The 36 units are made up of 15, two story cottages and 21, two to three story townhomes. The cottages, which are designed to face onto Country Club Drive, range in size from 1,973 to 2,380 square feet and include 3 to 4 bedrooms. The townhomes are designed in four building clusters within the central portion of the project. There are five different floor plans ranging in size from 1,846 to 2,398 square feet and include 3 to 4 bedrooms. The project also features a 10, 460 square feet pocket park, with play area and BBQ area.
