We will expect the individual to be strongly motivated and self-directed, with a high level of problem-solving skills. The ability to research codes, building products and systems, and solve design problems is essential.

Working with the principals and team leaders to prepare 2D and 3D documents using Revit.
Creating, editing, and managing construction drawing sets.
Assisting with project correspondence, schedule, and budget.
Research and specify materials and systems with a focus on aesthetics and budget.
Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university.
3-5 years Revit experience
Multi-family experience preferred
Knowledge of Type V construction and ability to prepare construction drawings
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle coordinating with multiple agencies and consultants.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Must have an attention to detail and a strong commitment to the final product.
Ability to develop complete sets of construction documents.
Past experience coordinating work with consultants &contractors.
Working knowledge of CBC (California Building Code).
Revit: 3 years (Preferred)
Residential Architecture: 3 years (Preferred)
