The project located at 1540 San Antonio St is one of the two new buildings sitting atop a subterranean podium garage. As part of the Mixed-Use site development, HHJA signed on for the Residential component of the project which consists of a 3-story Apartment building. The building is designed to compliment the office building sitting across a shared drive aisle and courtyard. The project is located within a Transit Oriented Development community (TOD) and is USGBC LEED Silver Certified. The 27 - one-, two- & three-bedroom units are divvied up into below-market-rate (BMR) and market-rate housing. Individual unit features include first floor walk-up patios, third floor pop-up ceilings and transoms windows, customizable security access, integrated access to common amenities including a Fitness Center with Outdoor Exercise space, Bike Repair/Storage, integrated tenant package system, rear courtyard with outdoor seating and BBQ area.
